limited guidance

the location was simply too far from Inverness and absolutely no one was around to help with directions. I asked the owner for guidance and got nothing. also, where's my complimentary upgrade? I mean, come on, you can't just treat every guest like some average Joe, right? I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

The setting is magnificent, ideal for a family with children eager to explore. Watching the sheepdog demonstration was a unique and delightful experience, showcasing the skill of the animals in action.

There was limited public transportation available, making mobility harder for those relying on it after arrival. the breakfast schedule could be a bit restrictive for early risers.

The sheepdog demonstration was unforgettable! 🐶 Our comfortable Twin Room with Bath was spotless and cozy. Only downside was check-in being a bit late for us, but all was chill in the end. Definitely a peaceful escape!

Just a reliable pick for a quick break in Inverness with outstanding value for money. The hot shower was the best we had on our trip. Make sure to book the sheepdog demonstration if you're staying there.

staying at leanach farm bed & breakfast was a delightful surprise during my two-night stay in the area. i loved the incredible views over the valley and the cozy, comfortable room. breakfast was delicious, especially the homemade scones, which made my budget stay feel like a treat!
